Had an Amazing 5D4N sabah trip.I booked our trip after going through Smart Borneo Travel and Tour’s profile and customer reviews. Initially skeptical, but the way Akmal handled all my enquiries with patience and clarity gave me the confidence to take up their package. Ayu was very responsive and ensured we were well informed before and throughout the trip. We travelled as a family group of 14, including kids and seniors, and the arrangements were very well handled. Our drivers cum guides, Mamat and Hafiz, were professional, friendly, and reliable, making the journey comfortable for everyone. We signed up smart borneo during Matta fair. We have total of 9 pax . Hence, we decided to rent driver with van for our 5 days KK + Kundasang ground transportation.Mamat, our driver who is local has been very helpful and share us the story of KK along the journey. His service is superb and all of our destination requests are fullfilled. His suggestion on certain tourist spot helped us avoid any early disappointment. Wish smart borneo can keep up their good job !!!

Wan was a great tour guide throughout the trip — friendly, punctual, and easy to get along with. He knew all the good photo spots too, so taking pictures was effortless. Definitely the best guide who made the trip more enjoyable.
